Our Highland Dry gin, aged in a Cabernet Franc cask from the renowned Château Teyssier in the Saint-Émilion appellation in Bordeaux.

Cask ageing produces a beautiful rose gold spirit. Full bodied juniper and candied orange peel gives way to floral and tropical notes, soft citrus and vanilla.

Enjoy neat, over ice; long, with ginger ale or in a classic Negroni or Martinez cocktail.
