Kinrara Highland Dry gin aged in an ex-Cabernet Sauvignon barrel from The Barossa Valley, Australia.
Barrel ageing produces a beautiful blush pink spirit. Softened juniper gives way to candied orange, red cherries from the jar, toasted oak, vanilla and spice.
Best enjoyed over ice with ginger ale. Alternatively serve neat or use in a classic Martinez cocktail.
