KINRARA MARTINI

A simple recipe can often make the most elegant cocktails. This recipe is a celebration of that. Easy to make, classy and elegant. This drink is perfect for entertaining friends at home and can be adjusted simply for the number of guests you might have!
Stir 50ml of Kinrara Highland Dry gin with10ml of quality dry vermouth and a dash of orange bitters.
Strain the stirred mixture into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of lemon.

TWENTIETH CENTURY COCKTAIL

An intriguing cocktail for the adventurous home-mixologist.
Place ice in your cocktail shaker and add 60ml Kinrara Oaked Spice gin, 20mil dry vermouth, 10ml sweet vermouth and 25ml white crème de cacao. Add 25ml juice of a freshly squeezed lemon.
Shake until cool and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon

A perfectly refreshing cocktail to enjoy in the sun.
To start, add ice to your cocktail shaker.
Pour in 50ml Kinrara Lime & Lemongrass gin, 25ml sugar cane syrup and 25ml of freshly squeezed lime juice.
Shake the mixture until cool and strain into a glass over ice.
Top the drink up with soda water and garnish with a wedge of lime.

THE BEE’S KNEES

Don’t be intimidated by working with honey in your mixology. It is much more simple than it appears and adds a beautiful and intriguing new dimension to your cocktails.
To start, add 50ml Kinrara Artist Edition Freya the Fox gin and 25 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Now for the honey, add 25ml of runny honey and then stir until the honey is completely dissolved.
Add ice into the mixture and shake until chilled and then double-strain into a cocktail glass.
Serve garnished with a twist of lemon.
